Certification Readiness by ISO Area

Weighted assessment across eight areas. Each score reflects the evidence position in the delivered registers, not an aspiration. Weights sum to 100 and are stated rather than hidden.
Clause 4 — Context of the organization 78 / 100 · weight 8
Scope approved; 10+10 issues determined; 11 interested parties. Legal requirements undetermined. SBT-SCP-01, SBT-CTX-01
Clause 5 — Leadership 45 / 100 · weight 10
Roles assigned and governance defined. Policy pack unapproved and no management review held, so leadership commitment is documented rather than evidenced. SBT-CTX-00, SBT-POL-00
Clause 6 — Planning 72 / 100 · weight 12
10 risks assessed with treatment decisions; SoA covers 13 of 93 controls. Methodology not issued as a procedure. SBT-RSK-01, SBT-SOA-01
Clause 7 — Support 38 / 100 · weight 12
Awareness delivered and measured — the strongest operational evidence in the portfolio. Document control not established, which weakens every other document. SBT-AWR-01, SBT-EVM-01
Clause 8 — Operation 42 / 100 · weight 15
Service delivery records exist. Supplier assurance designed but not executed; risk assessment performed but not on a defined operational cycle. SBT-SUP-01, SBT-RSK-01
Clause 9 — Performance evaluation 30 / 100 · weight 18
Audit programme and checklist prepared; ZERO AUDITS CONDUCTED. Measurement exists for awareness only. NO MANAGEMENT REVIEW HELD. SBT-AUD-01, SBT-AWR-01
Clause 10 — Improvement 48 / 100 · weight 10
CAPA register operating with 8 items, one closed with independent verification and one reopened. 2 corrective actions overdue. SBT-CAP-01
Annex A — Control implementation 28 / 100 · weight 15
13 of 93 controls assessed for applicability. 8 of 12 assessed controls implemented or partial. 80 controls have no applicability decision. SBT-SOA-01

Overall Readiness

Weighted mean across the eight areas · pre-certification review
44.6 of 100
6 blocking certification risks
8 priority actions before audit
0 internal audits conducted
0 management reviews held
This is a readiness assessment, not a certification. SecureBridge is not certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and requires an external certification audit.

The single most important finding

Clause 9 is the weakest area at 30 of 100, and carries the heaviest weight. The audit programme, the 90-item checklist, the metrics, and the management review pack all exist and are ready to use. None has been executed: zero audits conducted, zero management reviews held. Every other gap in this portfolio is a matter of work remaining; this one is a matter of two decisions being taken.

Portfolio Map — what was commissioned against what was delivered

The commissioning brief for this integration listed a ten-project map that differs from the portfolio as built. This table reconciles the two. Nothing is hidden and nothing is renamed to fit.

Two of the three views on this tab are demonstration data

No asset inventory project and no incident management project were ever commissioned. The asset view below is assembled from asset descriptions already embedded in the risk register and the systems named in the scope statement — it demonstrates the structure of the view and is not an asset inventory. The incident view describes a process derived from SBT-POL-03, which is itself an unapproved draft; no security incident has occurred or is claimed, and the incident record table is empty by design. The supplier view is fully consolidated from SBT-SUP-01.

What this Command Center does and does not establish

SecureBridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fictional organization created for portfolio purposes. Every figure is consolidated from the ten delivered project registers, which are themselves illustrative academic deliverables. Sections C, J and K are demonstration data with no source project and are labelled as such throughout. SecureBridge is not certified to ISO/IEC 27001. This is a pre-certification readiness assessment and confers no assurance: certification requires an external audit by an accredited certification body. No management review has been held, no internal audit has been conducted, no policy has been approved, and no supplier review has been completed. The readiness score of 44.6 of 100 is a self-assessment against stated weights and has not been independently verified.
